Pafos is divided into two distinct areas; Bar
street, or Nightlife
street as it is sometimes known, which is located near the harbour, is where most of the nightclubs
are. There are also lots of bars there where the clubbers tend to start
the night. This is where the 18 to 30 set usually go. The other area is
tombs of the Kings road. This is a very long road and is where most of
the hotels are located. There are lots of bars
and restaurants along here offering sports, live music, karaoke etc, and
is where the not so young hang out (that's me!)
I do occasionally go to one or two of the bars on
nightlife street, but I try to avoid those that play deafening music.

Ayia Napa tends to cater mainly for the 18 to 30
set. The nightclubs open at midnight and close around dawn, so the party
animals start the night in the bars which line the streets. There's
always lots on in the clubs and bars of Ayia Napa. To find out
what's on when, check out
Whatsonwhen.com's Ayia Napa Clubbers' Guide.
Nightlife in Limassol is much quieter than Ayia
Napa. Most of the nightlife in Limassol is centred along the seafront in
the hotels and bars.
Nightlife in Larnaca is
very similar to Limassol. Most of the nightlife
in Larnaca is centred around the palm-shaded promenade.
