The Building Licence
The Town Planning Department and each Municipality charge an average of
£500 for the building licence and the building permit.
Services
In addition to the costs mentioned above, you will also have to pay for
provision of Water, Sewerage, Electricity and Telephone installation.
These should total no more than £1,500.
Garage, Landscaping etc
A garage will cost around £5,000, while landscaping an average plot can
start from £10,000 and will depend largely how prestigious you want your

Overall Building Costs
These are an average, and we have seen very much higher costs than
these recently.

Add another 15% onto the total for VAT for any new houses built after EU
